Day 6
A day of 3 passes in the Ceres mountains
Stay in Rawsonville.
Following the passes today we cross Mitchell's pass and enter the Ceres Valley admist the smell of fruit, leaving the city we ride up an almost never ending Theronskloof Pass where we see the fruit trucks fight to get over the hills. With a great descent from over 1000meters we then cut up a gravel track in our tour bus to 1500m and can ride the pass down on the other mountain side heading back to Ceres. Early afternoon we head off to several of the many wine farms for a tasting or two.
In the evening a friendly braai evening where we sample local specialities.
