Stay in the winelands

Today we do some easy riding around Klapsmut in the Franschhoek valley/Stellenbosch with only one hill today, being Helshoogte Pass. We have time for some sightseeing in Stellenbosch the wine capital and the town of the Vortrekkers with many historic buildings set amoung many oak trees, also the home of the first Afrikaans university, and according to the South Africans here the home and founder of the game rugby.

We have a lunchtime picnic on a wine farm and do some wine tasting, maby even a cellar tour.
