Stay in Cape Town

Enjoy the sights of Cape Town today, or go up Table mountain or do some shopping at the Waterfront. We visit the Cycle Expo today to pick up our start numbers and race information. In the evening we drive the Argus route in the tour bus and stop on the way in a local restaurant "Olympia Cafe" in Kalk Bay, a small fishing port. We do loads of carbo food for the race tommorrow. Going back to Cape Town along the race route.

Maby just some light stretching for the muscles today, and check the bikes for the early morning start.
