Private Day Tours to the Cape Peninsula and to the Winelands, May 2007
I very much enjoyed our outings with Soul Touring. The breathtaking views of the Cape of Good Hope and the beautiful wine country definitely made me feel that I was just getting a taste of how lovely South Africa really is. I have already been telling friends about your individually-tailored touring guides. I regret not having the time to go on a safari with you (well . . .next time). Your very personal sense of the history and culture of South Africa was an added delight.

Private Wine Tour, May 2007
On 13 May 2007, my colleague and I took a Stellenbosch Wineries private tour with Soul Touring. The tour was very well-organized and comprehensive. Within few hours we visited different wineries, a cheese factory and the town of Stellenbosch. Mr. Louw was informative, patient and gave the tour a special twist of a family trip. At the end of the tour I had the impression that I knew Stellenbosch pretty well. It was such a pleasant tour that I will always have great memory of the place. I would recommend this tour to everyone who needs a tour of the wineries in half a day.

Gourmet Wine and Dine Tour
In April 2007 we booked a Wine & Dine tour with SOULTouring and were guided by Hennie Louw a whole day. Hennie made this for us a really pleasant trip thanks to his enormous and widespread knowledge not only of winemaking but also of history, sociology, nature and also by his very kind way to explain and answer our many questions. It was a perfect day and if we come to Cape Town again we surely will book a trip with him.

Gourmet Wine & Dine Tour, March 2007
My husband and I spent a delightful day on the Gourmet Wine & Dine Tour with Hennie as our guide. He met us at the front door of our hotel in Cape Town, and drove us to Stellenbosch, where we started off with lunch in the shady courtyard of one of the wineries. We then visited three wineries and tasted an assortment of wines, with Hennie educating us about the different wines and suggesting what to sample. One of the wineries also grew olives, and tasting a raw olive that Hennie picked right off the tree was an education in itself. We ended the day with a leisurely dinner at a fine restaurant in Franshhoek before Hennie drove us back to Cape Town. The countryside was gorgeous. It was a fun day chatting with Hennie about wine, South Africa and life. Plus, with all that wine sampling we were lucky we had Hennie to be the driver on the way back.

Cape Argus Tour March 2007
I took part in a pre Cape Argus race training programm with Charles from the 2nd March till the 12th March 2007. The training programm for the race was well structured, and the touristic highlights innovative and varied. Charles knows all the best spots in Cape Town and is a good organiser. His skills as a guide and his willingness to please is exceptional. I would like to thank him for a great time in Africa and hope to come again.

Hi Soultouring
with our experience as a bike touring company, we would like to thank Charles for his professional approach, and relaxed execution of the tour. The coastal and mountain passes were stunning, and we had enough kilometers in our legs to take on the Cape Argus race. Hope to see you again to improve my time and enjoy Africa once more, maby next year!!. www.exercycle.de

In Franschhoek and in the mountains passes the going got tough... With these training techniques were well prepared for the race and rode through the finish line with great times. Thanks a lot Charles, amazing momments and impressions from the Western Cape, South Africa. We shall come again..

14 Day Road Tour in Feburary 2006
I was supposed to climb a mountain but went cycling with charles on a Soulriding Tour in the Western cape. The hotels were fantastic, espeially the villa in Cape Town, first class food and wine, the local people so friendly. We rode over 800km and all the best passes, a great training programm.

12 Day Special Photography Trip to Botswana, January 2007
We had the time of our life on a great trip with Hennie of SOUL Touring to Botswana and Vic Falls in Zambia in January 2007. Apart from the 100% professional treatment you seek when booking a trip from abroad, we enjoyed a great adventure in Southern Africa, driving overland in a solid, comfortable vehicle, sleeping in quality tents and and eating excellent food, while listening to the guide's vast knowledge about local culture and wildlife, as well as countless tall tales!
SOUL Touring offers extremely reasonable pricing, as well as a very personal and entertaining travelling experience. Enjoying a barbecued filet mignon on an open fire under a starry sky in the middle of the Okavango river delta, watching elephants by the hundreds cross the road in front of us in Chobe and feeling the ground shake under the onslaught of the Victoria Falls are only a few of the highlights from a fantastic trip. Especially impressive was the degree to which SOUL Touring organized the entire trip and accommodated our very specific photographic wishes and delivering the optimal conditions for our photographic safaris – you won’t find many companies offering that amount of flexibility.
We are already planning our next trip with SOUL Touring, a tour company that you can trust completely to offer you a good, honest deal, ample value for your money and loads of travelling fun, and we won’t hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend them to all you other travellers.

Namibian Safari, August 2005
Hello, we've come to Spain three weeks ago and we have a problem: we want to see the sunrise from the dunes, we want to see the animals from the van, to share good meals and lots of things that we've done with Hennie.
For the moment we can control this secondary effects of travelling with Hennie looking at the photos at least once per week, but we know that we will need to visit Africa again soon. We recommend our experience to all of you!

Kruger National Park Safari, August 2004
We've been to Kruger many times but our short trip with Hennie was quite the most rewarding, not because of luck in seeing animals but luck in striking Hennie who has such a wide knowledge of the whole ecology. He is as at home identifying raptors as flowers as has the hunter's eye for animals.
One word of warning -- if you have not got a sense of humour, give Hennie a miss !!

Together with 12 other travellers, we made an unforgettable trip through South Africa in Feb 2005. Over almost 5000km from Cape Town to Pretoria via the winelands, the Gardenroute, Lesotho and Swaziland with Hennie Louw as our guide/tour leader/driver. It was a fantastic experience! Thanks, Hennie!
